Where is the studio located?

L.A. Voiceover is located across the street from Sony Pictures at 10220 Culver Blvd., Culver City, CA 90232. Popular freeway exits are either Robertson or Overland off the 10, or Washington/Venice off the 405. If you need additional info, just let us know.

What file formats do you deliver?

We provide fully organized 24/48 WAV files as standard for all production recording sessions. Upon request, we can provide AAF of the Pro Tools project, or the actual Pro Tools session file if you prefer. For audition service, delivery is made as MP3. If you have questions about file formats, please contact us.

Is Source-Connect available?

Yes. We use Source-Connect Studio (formerly Pro) with fully hardwired gigabit fiber connections for optimal remote recording quality.

Can I direct sessions remotely?

Absolutely! As with silent attendance, we support real-time remote sessions via Source-Connect, Riverside.fm, Zoom, Source-Nexus Gateway, and other platforms. You’ll have uninterrupted communication with the voice talent so that you can listen, direct, ask for playback, do re-takes, and generally feel as though you’re here in the control room.

Can I attend sessions remotely?

Yes. We support real-time remote sessions via Zoom, Source-Nexus Gateway, Google Meet and other “listen in” platforms. You’ll be able to listen to the whole session, including what’s being recorded and played back.

Do you provide a local safety recording?

Always. We maintain a local high-resolution backup recording of every session for 30 days to ensure full redundancy. If you require that we purge your files sooner, no problem, just let us know.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

We understand that production schedules shift. Please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to adjust your booking.

Do you take any studio health safety precautions between sessions?

Yes. The booth cleaned with detailed UV-C germicidal light between sessions. We give mindful attention to air quality, booth hygiene, and equipment care. If you have any particular concerns or requests, just let us know.
